Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or use our portal to schedule a convenient doorstep collection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
