For systemic hypertension to be given at 1.5mg/kg PO BID for 14 days . followed by 2mg/kg PO OID.

Management of proteinuria for dogs with glomerular disease starts at 1mg/kg PO OID and can be increased by 0.5 mg /kg Do not exceed 2mg /kg.
